Congratulations, you’re already a month away from getting ready for the new week !
This week will be dedicated to work on the heart frequencies that are closer to the ones you will reach during your races. For the next sessions, the objective will be to get in touch with these frequencies but on relatively short portions that will increase over the weeks.
